All inquiries must be submitted through the inquiry form on our website.
Your proposal and quote expire after seven (7) days after it’s sent.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to start the design process.
Your date is not confirmed or reserved until the $100 nonrefundable deposit is received.
Inquiries place two (2) weeks within the event date require full payment to reserve the date.
Inquiries placed within three days of the event date are subject to a rush fee.
Your final payment is due 24 hours before your event if payment is not received your order will not be delivered.
Outdoor installs are subject to an outdoor install fee of $50.
We are not responsible for the balloons/command strips after we leave the install or after they are picked up

Balloons By Rina Cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up and delivered all balloons sales are final sale.
Balloons are a natural temporary item although Balloons by Rina uses only the finest quality balloons some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind rain rough handling sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event we reserve the right to make charges only in the best interest of our clients.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your order you must submit your cancellation in writing email as permitted a full three business days before the day of your install
if you do not adhere to the cancellation policy the full invoice amount will be due the date of your planned install all deposits are final.
